I found open door based on the freinds recommendation. He use them in another state and was bragging to me about how easy it was to work with them. So I reached out and give a call. Open door came in and gave an honest assessment on the property. They did a speedy review after generating a walk-through video with me. Came back with what I thought was an acceptable offer. I was clear to close sold and bought out in a month from initial contact. I even made a few mistakes in the process. Open door handle them in stride and still achieved my closing date and my move out date. Genuinely I thought it was all too good to be true until I saw the procedure my account. Honestly the shits bananas but it’s true. I recommend it to anybody.
