I recently had an offer I had to cancel because I was going to back out of the market because I kept getting out did. My agent finally found me a house I'm under contract I went back to opendoor to get an offer. I need what equity and getting out of this house to process my loan and it is taking over week with no expected date to get me my final offer, now i amhave to go with to different companies like offer pad and Marks Spain to get offers and do more walk through while packing and working 65 hour weeks.
