I enjoyed the experience. I have to admit that I was initially skeptical, then very excited then concerned and then overjoyed. Lori, was my initial person; communication was very good. Then, apparently she got sick and although her teamates eventually called I was concerned because I thought that maybe I had gotten scammed. Once communication was restored, I felt great! I love the idea of Opendoor and feel much more confident about this and would recommend this approach for selling. Our property was a rental property in Las Vegas. I found Opendoor to be very competitive with any offer that I received and their process was incredibly straightforward. I would definitely use them again. I communicated with the company via text, video conference and email. Communication initially was very quick later toward closing it was much slower which initially caused be a great deal of concern.
