Their final offer after inspection was actually higher than their initial offer, and the repair credit they requested was fair considering the work I knew needed to be done on the house. The entire process was easy. The virtual walkthrough was 30 minutes. Then they did an exterior inspection that I didn't need to be present for. When my tenants moved out, I just had to take photos of the vacant rooms and upload them for my digital checkout. From contract signing to closing was just 14 days. They closed on time and I was even able to sign the closing documents remotely. Couldn't have been easier.
