1. Had an experienced and very successful realtor tell me I would never get the amount I wanted for my house even if I staged it etc…2. Jarred N. was knowledgeable and honest to me about the whole process. 3. You guys made this experience so easy that I was suspicious the entire time since you always hear- If it’s too good to be true then it is usually not true. This has been the only time I can think of where that saying was wrong. I cannot begin to say how grateful I am guys. Seriously- my dog thanks you too. She would have had to be put up al the time etc.. Anyway- THANKS so very much for the easy and excellent experience!
