Ok I was very skeptical when I heard about this but I’m so glad I did! Nate was my experience partner and everything went beautifully from start to finish and I was able to move into my dream home with a fast sale. Nate was very responsive to my questions and the ability to get rent back (and give to my sellers) just made my offer more competitive. Not to mEA room the ease of moving out over 4 days after closing. No cleaning, no repairs, no showings. I doubt I’ll ever sell another house the traditional way. My offer was very consistent with the market at the time. They were even able to move the closing date when I needed to. This is seriously the best service. I highly recommend.
