All we had to do was take photos of the house and outside yard to show that the house was completely vacated. I should mention that my wife and I our 87 and 85 years old. Yes, we accepted the $328,000 offer immediately. We closed electronically and the money was wired to our bank within the hour after the closing. Yes, moving is a major task.
