Wow! Amazing how Opendoor made the whole process of selling our home so effortless! Right away, I was given an offer I could not refuse. Right away, I was sent over all of the documents required. If I had questions about anything, Kayla Karp was sure to find me an answer. I did not have to leave many voicemails because she knew who was calling, and greeted me by my name every time I called her. Often times, I could hear her shuffling through papers, and I could understand that she was busy with other things, but that did not stop her from taking my calls. You don’t know how refreshing that is! To know that someone is there for you, guiding you, helping you, it’s just priceless. Especially when you are waiting for a new home to be built, and need to make sure the timing of everything works out. Well, that’s exactly what happened! We did not need to spend money on storage or hotels, and we were able to wrap up all of the details of the sale of our home, and COMFORTABLY, move in to our new home when we had the keys. Everything was done electronically— even the notary portion of things! I really don’t have the words to describe how happy we were with the whole process. I will never sell another house the old fashioned way. A call to Opendoor will be the first call I make. It is so relieving not having to deal with a real estate agent who is working for themselves, and doesn’t have your best interest at heart — even though they may claim otherwise. We didn’t have to worry about offers coming in from different people. We didn’t have to worry whether or not those people qualified for the financing. We didn’t have to worry about people asking for help with their down payment. We didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! It was a done deal from the beginning, and we could focus on moving forward with the purchase of our new home. Opendoor has the whole process down to a science!
