David Nunez and his team of Jess and Bernie were available each and every day (yes.. weekends, too) to walk us thru the process (easy-peasy), and Escrow Officer LeeAnn Martinez communicated through all steps of the closing process. I believe that 20 days from contract signing until deposit of funds is VERY noteworthy. Open Door was fair with their proposal and everything went without a single hitch. Selling one’s home can be very stressful… this was not..! Would definitely recommend this team to anyone. 🙂
