No worries about all the little projects or fixes that I had never gotten around to, no showings, no failed buys! They took all the stress off of my shoulders. I got to pick the closing, and the title/escrow team were wonderful! They made sure I understood everything in the contract before I signed. The fees are a little higher than a traditional sale, but it was so, so worth it!
