In comparison to my previous experience w/ real estate agents, I found the Opendoor process to be far less noisy and annoying all around. There were a couple of uncomfortable times, eg. when I did not know if things were progressing as scheduled, or why the initial escrow deposit was so small, yet these did not affect any of the outcomes. This non-communication can be nerve-racking when w/ a new company (such as Opendoor), so I recommend these loose ends to be tied up. Otherwise, excellent offer for our house at a great time for us to move. We feel fortunate to have Opendoor step up to the plate for us!
