I really enjoyed working with Opendoor. They made a fair offer for a home that needed work before it was saleable. They were very flexible with the closing date, which I had to delay due to not being about to move out as soon as expected. I was concerned because there are a lot of people who offer to buy "as is" but Opendoor did everything exactly as they said, no surprises. I had multiple people tell me that they would come back later with a lower offer, but that never happened. They made an offer, stuck to that offer, and the closing process was a simple as it could be. I couldn't be happier.
