I was skeptical about the process and whether it would serve my needs. I wanted a quick and definite sale without hiccups. I got that! The price was fair and the closing went well. No hiccups. The funds were received the same day or the next morning. I’ve already recommended the company to friends who plan to do the same. One note: the KCMO water dept will not permit me to turn off the water without signed copy of sale which I do not have. Nine days later still waiting on Opendoor to put that utility in their name or provide signed copy. A small problem but needs correction.
