Opendoor is a game changer! I can't recommend it enough! We were not looking forward to the traditional listing process: the work and inconvenience of showings and potential for contingencies delaying our move. I kept thinking there has to be a better way. A friend told me about Opendoor over lunch, and I had the first offer in minutes, the final offer within days and closed in the month. Closing date was our requested timing. Plus we got to rent our house for a week after close (a promotion free for a week) which made our move so much easier. Excellent customer service from our Opendoor representative too. If you're happy with your offer, this IS the way to sell your house.
