At first I thought Opendoor was too good to be true. Both the initial and updated after the video offer were better than expected and more than the homes were selling in our area. After we accepted our offer the transaction was so smooth I kept waiting for something bad to happen or for someone to say "just kidding!" but it never did. The Title Company was the best I have ever worked with and the communication with both them and Open Door was always quick and very clear. I was able to pick my close date and able to stay in my home free for 7 days which allowed me to prepare to move to a new state and close on my new home with less stress. I highly recommend them and have been telling everyone about them. I didn't have to worry about showings or worrying about moving my pets for the showings. It was so easy. Great experience!
