The process was very simple. A short video tour of the house and a brief exterior inspection was all it took to get a firm offer. They sent a notary to our home to sign all documents. That's it!! Super simple! No costly repairs. No deep cleaning and endless showings of the home. No escrows falling through due to buyers not qualifying for a loan. Opendoor did exactly what they said they would do and everything closed right on time.
