Virtual walk through of my home was very convenient versus an in person walk through. The offer I received after the walk through was even higher than what the initial estimate offer was. Closing with a notary online was also so convenient. I didn't have to miss work to go to a title company to get it done. In times like these, having these convenient options is great! Also, the offer I received was more than what a realtor had suggested I listed my home for. Choosing my closure date was the cherry on top for us, the closing of the sale of my home was 100xs easier than the closing of the purchase of my new home. That should say it all.
