Selling our home using Opendoor was very easy. We responded to their email. Talked to the Opendoor rep David Nunez. Scheduled a 20 minute long walk through later that same day, using my phone and walking around each room and the outside. That was Monday. First thing Wednesday, someone walked around the exterior and did an on site inspection. Never even saw the person. About six hours later, we received our offer which was very fair. Set closing, which we did remotely. Received our funds as promised when expected. This was my seventh real estate transaction in my life. It was by far, the most hassle free. I would use them again without question.
