Open door is great for sellers, but they are not great for buyers. Recently purchased a house from Open Door and the problems were endless! First, it took forever to get our offer reviewed (more than 2 weeks), and then once they accepted it they took forever to handle anything my realtor asked them about. The icing on the cake is the issue we asked Open Door to fix actually ended causing more problems for us now because they performed a crappy job. I wish I could give no stars. The best part of the whole ordeal is that no one from corporate will even care about this review.
