As a seller my experience with open door was very good. The scheduled video walk through was a easy process. Once I accepted their final offer, everything went smoothly including the changing of my closing date. All documentation was handled electronically including the notary process. A day after the sale of my condo closed, the proceeds were deposited into my bank a account. For me it was the easiest house sale I had experienced.
