All of this took place on my timeframe from the comfort of my home which in the days of COVID-19 this is important for health safety!! Don’t believe the haters… Opendoor’s offer was higher than any local realtor wanted to sell my house for and the Opendoor fees are on par with local realty too … in fact the Opendoor repair fee was much less than the local contractor!!
