This is my first review and I am happy to write it for Opendoor. Opendoor is a great way to sale your home. It’s a perfect option for expedited services. The process was simple and fast, the team was professional and quickly responded to any request or questions. Before Opendoor, we planned to invest $12k-$15k in renovations to freshen up the house, to our surprise Open-door doesn’t require any repairs or staging and our estimate was $50k over what we expected and $150k more then the agents offer. Opendoor had a renovation budget of $8k that was deducted from our proceeds. For us it’s worked out perfectly, we didn’t have to do any work and it saved us time and money. Sounds perfect, right? It’s was- but I will be honest, we where nervous/nervous about Opendoor being legit but once that wire hit in less than 14 days of starting the process and the same day the wire was initiated —— we have been over the moon. I highly recommend Opendoor to sell your property— even if you are hesitant get a free estimate to compare cost. There are no hidden fees. The process is exactly as they brand it.
