I sold my home to Opendoor. Dealing with Opendoor was, by far, the best part of the entire sales experience; my Opendoor contact was always helpful, always patient. I initially reached out to three iBuyers: Offerpad, Opendoor, and Zillow. I expected all of them to come in high on their initial offers and then kick those high offers down through major post-inspection repair adjustments. That isn't what happened with Opendoor; they were fair from start to finish. With respect to Opendoor, at least, there was no part of the sales process that could have gone any better than it did. Very happy. I highly recommend them.
