Our experience with Opendoor was exactly what we needed at the time; we were able to sign a contract and get into Phase 2 of the home we wanted within days and they were very patient with all the delays from Beazer Homes (originally scheduled to move into new residence 15 DEC and it is now 9 JAN 2022; still not into new house). We are very happy throughout the experience!
