I was a bit apprehensive about reaching out to iBuyer companies thinking that their offers would be very low…that was to be the case with a couple other companies who didn’t even bother to do a walkthrough of the home during the appraisal process. The value of my home increased after the virtual tour to where we felt we had a very fair offer for our home. Due to a relocation and my wife working graveyard hours we could not afford to go through the typical model of listing and showing our home. Needless to say, Chris and Opendoor made the entire process so smooth and worry free including allowing us to rent the home after we’d sold it.
