Our experience with OpenDoor was pretty fantastic. John, our main contact, made the process very easy and explained very clearly through email and a phone call what we needed to do for the process. All we needed was a half hour zoom call to show them the inside of the house, and then someone came out to look at the front and backyard for about 10 minutes a few days later. We had a final offer 24 hours later, and it was a great offer. Unlike selling on the market through a realtor, we didn’t have to schedule an inspection, get our toddler out of the house every day for showings, or make the house show ready. We got to choose our own closing/move out date, and OpenDoor along with their title company they use made the entire process extremely easy and streamlined. We highly recommend OpenDoor, and thank them for making it easy for us to make a big family move.
