The best part is not having to have strangers coming and going in your house during the sales process. Opendoor offers are very competitive and honestly about the same as we would have made putting it on the open market. We have bought and sold 6 houses in our life, Opendoor was by far the very best real estate experience we have ever had. Our customer experience manager, Tye Jacobs was awesome, always responsive and kept with us throughout the entire process. Our escrow officer, Danielle Stonkus, was fantastic as well. All and all Opendoor is an amazing organization to work with and we highly recommend them!
