I feel the entire process was painless, we sold our house in about 3 weeks with them. The representative we had was friendly, informative and very good at communications. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because I did not find the offer to be entirely fair, they bait and switched us and lowered the amount after the preliminary by 5 thousand dollars. Not only that they quotes 12K in repair costs along side their fee. I tried to argue that with them and they would not budge. Regardless, we came ahead over 100K in proceeds which is why we accepted, and are finally getting into our dream home. The market value we sold at is also 20K lower than calculated rates. As I said though, we just didn't want to deal with the hassle of a traditional sale and went through with it, in which that was painless.
