Awesome is the word! The entire process seemed to be customer centric, which is not the case in most business transactions. We were very much attracted to the fact we could sell to Opendoor and stay in our house during our new construction build! The thought of having to move twice with a conventional sale was unappealing, to say the least! Every step of the way we were accommodated, as our construction build was delayed time after time. Cannot say enough about Jacob & his team---personable and thoroughly professional. The closing was also seamless...thanks to Karen for staying with us the many months with timely updates. Overall, an amazing experience! Also, have to mention the "late-checkout policy" which was critical for us to move and empty the house.
