Sold my home. It need some repairs I said I would fix it they told me they are not allowed to do it. They said they had to charge me to fix everything and I have no choice. They charged me a ton of money and just put the house on the market and fixed nothing at all!!! Everything the exact same! Not happy at all!!!!! Open door are scammers!!!!!!!! Watch out!!!
