Amazing. I still cannot believe the process was so simple. OpenDoor bought my townhome after only a quick phone call and a video tour using my cellphone camera. The offer was amazing. I was expecting less considering the convenience, but it was actually for more than the neighbors had just sold for the traditional way. My favorite part was NO Open Houses, No showings, No straightening up and leaving for the day as strangers come in to look things over. AND, the best part was not having to worry amount the timing on a contingent deal. Being able to stay in your house for a week after closing was priceless!
