Cheryl McQuaig and Tony Perina were incredible to work with. They had all the answers and the ways to make my life easier. Honestly, I did nothing. After a couple of phone calls with Tony, a zoom conference, showing the house that took 20 minutes and a few phone calls with Cheryl and I was DONE!! Any time I was in a panic I picked up the phone and they had the answer and I could breathe again. I remember how nervous I was and Tony said, right before the Zoom, "Just breathe and walk, I'll do the rest." And that is exactly what happened. I didn't have to deal with appointments to show the house. I didn't have to worry about what to repair, what to add money for here or there. Open Door DID IT ALL!!! If you are selling your house you are doing yourself a serious disservice by NOT going with Open Door. They will give you the most money and the most peace of mind possible.....and all you do is watch it happen. THANKS OPEN DOOR!!! THANKS CHERYL AND TONY!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!
