Do NOT use Opendoor to sell your house or Frontier for electricity. The initial process was easy, but once the house was sold, and we moved, there was an issue with electricity. They asked us to wait three days to change it over. They never switched it over. We called and had the electricity taken out of our name, but the electric company also messed up and never shut it off!!! Apparently those useless recordings they make you do mean nothing. So, we were forced to shut it off a second time and pay for the electricity Opendoor used to renovate. No it wasn’t a ton of money, but we let Opendoor know, and they ignored us!! I just asked for reimbursement or proof they switched it over to present to the electric company. Crickets! Buyer (or really seller) BEWARE!
