I had heard from a friend who used Opendoor that the selling experience was excellent. I was skeptical but decided to look into the process. We have bought / sold several homes in the past and know that it's not an easy process. From start to finish, Jacob Fenton communicated well with us and always returned our inquiries promptly. The option to close 14-90 days while staying an extra 7 days without paying extra after closing was a great benefit. The title company was Spruce Title and they did an acceptable job. They had to adjust a few things on their end but overall they got the job done. Overall we would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. We also feel like we received a great offer and all fees were very reasonable.
