As a seller, this was an amazing experience. Everything from the initial zoom call, to the outside inspection, etc! The offer was on the high end of the local market, and the adjustments for repairs were fairly priced. The fees associated with attorneys and their realtor were low, as well! Our Opendoor representative (LaKisha) was outstanding throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question all we had to do was send her a text and we had a response in no time at all! I would highly recommend for motivated sellers who don’t want to deal with listing your home or spend the time/money doing minor repairs to get your home “show” ready
