When I first heard about Opendoor, I was a bit skeptical. It all seemed too easy and convenient to be real. But I did a little research, and once I understood how Opendoor worked, I felt comfortable giving it a try. The process to get an offer was incredibly easy, but I was still sure I'd get a low-ball amount. I had a price in my head that I was hoping for and would be happy with, and they ended up exceeding it. From there it was all smooth sailing. I was able to focus entirely on moving instead of dealing with a complicated selling process. I've honestly moved out of rentals that were more of a hassle than selling with Opendoor. I highly recommend giving them a try, and you can always back out! I couldn't be happier with my entire Opendoor experience.
