Not really sure where to begin. There are not enough words to describe how pleasant the selling of my house was with OpenDoor during a very difficult time in my life. For starters, Rachel, is an Angel in disguise and I feel very blessed to have dealt with her and honored that she was the one assigned to my sell. She is relatable, sweet, knowledgeable and caring. Very sincere and I don’t think I expressed that to her during this process but she felt like my rock for various reasons. Outside of dealing with OpenDoor directly, I also really enjoyed the title and escrow company, Hankin Pack. They are very prompt, and professional. Hankin Pack were pleasant to work with via email. If I had a question, they answered it without hesitation and never made me feel like a burden. Nick even called to let me know that he emailed my closing docs to me and explained the process and verified that I had no additional questions. Thank each and everyone of you for making such a big step in my life such a smooth and easy process. I wish both companies much success and definitely plan to spread a positive word to friends and anyone inquiring to sell their home. ~Noell
