Was told 14000$ in repairs for roof, ac, paint and flooring. Have a flat roof redone in 2022 and a newer ac maintained every 6 months under contract. Paint is fine and travertine tile is great. Was finally told that they didn’t inspect the roof or ac just going on ‘worst case scenario’. Liars! No integrity in the people we worked with. We lost the house we wanted to buy due to their lies
