I was able to see houses in a variety of price points and no one pressured me into making a decision more quickly than I wanted. Additionally, Opendoor like have an army of folks to show you the available houses. You can see house in as little as 2 hours if the listing agents will allow it. More importantly for me, Opendoor helps with the misalignment of incentives (Agents want their buyers to buy fast so they can move on to the next one and make more $). I’m grateful for this new way of buying a home. Last but not least, the l 1% back isn’t too bad either.
