I purchased a home that was being built in CA and it would have been so much more complicated if Opendoor wasn't an option. They made the process so easy! I was able to schedule my closing date up to 9 months in the future which allowed time for me to stay in my current home until my new house was built. Then when it came to closing time, I was able to coordinate this with the closing of my new home and stay up to 7 days post-closing for no additional fee. This allowed me time to close on my current home, close on my new home, and schedule movers. This was the best decision I have made to-date!
