As a seller, I do not recommend doing business with them. Alexandra Melendez the Transaction Coordinator for Opendoor overlooked supposedly some critical information for Opendoor which caused them to decrease their offer nearly $20,000. This change in offer price came on the last day of their 10 day window with less than 12 hours remaining. Fortunately I did not need to take their offer and rather wait for additional offers to come in that are more reasonable. This felt like dirty buyer tactics from a company that is looking to take advantage of sellers to turn around and re-list the house at a much higher price to increase their profit margins.
