I was extremely nervous selling my home due to my age, financial standing and because I was doing it all by myself. My OpenDoor rep stuck with me thru the whole process and they have excellent closing attorneys in Georgia. I even got upset a couple times because I let fear get the best of me and didn't understand an email here and there and my rep was super patient with me. But I was worried I was making the right decision selling to such an organization or selling period. The whole process was at better than selling through a typical real estate agent and they gave me top dollar. Even with the repair costs. I would highly recommend. And um not easy to get my approval. I'm a b****.
