I am a senior citizen and a disabled veteran. I have owned many homes and did not want to go through the traditional agent to sell my home. I did not want to deal with a multitude of potential buyers coming through my home. I had received an email from opendoor stating they would sell my home eliminating the process of people coming through my house with appointment after appointment and that after a small review process over the computer and phone they would make me an offer. Once I completed the process which was not invasive and took very very little of my time I was made an offer I felt was better or equal to what a traditional agent...who was my friend.. offered me. And no face to face with anyone. Jacob had become my virtual agent and he was more than I could have asked for. Everything fell into place after I accepted the offer. I was impressed with the fact that I could back out of the offer at anytime up to closing but they could not. We set a date and in the middle I had an unexpected surgery that incapacitated me very close to the closing date and it was impossible for me to close on the date. I explained that to Jason and they were more than happy to extend the date with no questions asked. I went days past closing and set another date. We closed at my leisure and it was completely virtual. Not one time did I have a physical meeting with anyone...unbelievable. anyways the house is sold and all that was promised was delivered. Jacob was like an old school customer service person dedicated to my happiness in the complete selling process. I was amazingly impressed for how this all went down and how Jacob never ignored my questions and was with me through every process. I couldn't be anymore happy with how all of this progressed.
