Honestly, it was a pretty good home buying experience. I did 2/3rds of the program, bought an OpenDoor owned house with an OpenDoor agent. Got 1% back for using their agent, got a killer deal on the house, Open Door actually lost money on it. Overall, a great home buying experience.
