From the first initial contact with Stacey, all the way through closing and funding, this was the easiest process we have ever done. The best thing was we didn’t have to do any repairs to the house. ie-fill holes, paint, etc. There were no surprises or unexpected changes to our closing. Our funds were deposited when expected.
