Opendoor is a wonderful company! The whole process was very straightforward; just follow the directions per emails and texts. And if you have a question, just call a representative and they’re very helpful. Bria was so nice. Also in my case, it was extremely important that I was able to live in my house while under contract, because my future home was not ready to move into yet. That’s a great feature of Opendoor’s! Lastly, I was very pleased with the price Opendoor offered. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone wishing to sell their home. It was a very positive experience!
