Our experience with Opendoor went very well, the process is very easy and we feel we got a fair price for our house. We ended up having two Experience Partners due to the length of our contract, they were both very helpful. One thing though, if you are interested in the Late Checkout option, you need to get an addendum to your contract early on, we were not made aware of this and by the time we were ready to set a closing date, the terms of Late Checkout changed greatly, not for the better. We were building a new home and having up to nine months to close was a real selling point to us! We definitely recommend Opendoor.
