Today in Duarte CA, I try to view a home with the open-door app and the house did not have a key pad lock or a lock box. I called opendoor and they did not know if the house had a lock box. They gave me the number of the listing agent and they did not answer the phone. They have no idea how to sell a home in California. I am surprise they are still in business. This was the second home I try to see through open-door and couldn't get in.
