I wasn't convinced about Open Door when I first contacted them, but was surprised to receive a reasonable offer within days of the contact. I accepted the offer even though closing on my new home was many months away. Throughout the months, Open Door answered my questions and assured me everything would work out. I needed to take more time than normally allowed to close on the new home and move out of my current home. Open door was more than reasonable with regard to Late-checkout costs. We closed days ago and looking back I would say that I would do it again if the opportunity arose. I have nothing but good things to say about the Open Door team.
