Opendoor is much better of an organization for selling your house to. Purchasing a house is something completely different. The realtor you assigned to me stated there would be a 1% credit for using Opendoor and the assigned realtor. You changed this policy in the middle of our transaction and through email in small print (I still haven't seen it). This was supposed to be $4,100 to me and but I received nothing. Very shady deal and puts a bad taste in my mouth from every using Opendoor again. $4,100 would have been a small price to pay to keep a satisfied customer. I'm no longer supporting your company to people looking to buy/sell a home.
